摘　　要：介绍了车用气瓶爆破片的现状,分析了爆破片失效的主要原因。结果表明,爆破片失效的主要原因有材料不合格,工人安装不规范,材料疲劳损伤,温度太高以及质量不过关等。The present situation of rupture disks for automotive cylinders was introduced, and the main causes of failure of rupture disks were analyzed. The results showed that the main causes of failure of blasting discs were unqualified materials, irregular installation of workers, fatigue damage of materials, high temperature and poor quality, etc.
