摘  要:给出了一种用作电光开关的微环阵列模型.在工作波长为1 550 nm的情况下,对于4微环5信道的级联结构,依次在第i个微环上施加工作电压,第i条信道的输出光功率随电压的增大能快速地增加并达到饱和.模拟结果表明,所设计器件的开关电压为7. 5 V,器件的插入损耗处于1. 3~4. 5 d B之间,串扰小于-8. 0 d B.A microring array model for electro-optic switch was proposed in the paper.When the working wavelength was 1 550 nm ,and the operating voltage was applied on microring i in turn for the cascade structure of 4 microrings and 5 channels,the output light power of channel i increased and then became saturated very fast with an increase in the operating voltage.Simulation results for the designed device showed that the insertion loss was 1.3~4.5 dB and the crosstalk was less than -8.0 dB when the switching voltage was 7.5 V.
