新时期大学生传销现状分析与防范

摘　　要：近年来,大学生群体已成为传销活动的主要受害者,传销问题已严重影响了社会秩序。2018年4月国家市场监督管理总局发布了《关于进一步加强打击传销工作的意见》,对新时期我国传销活动形势进行了分析并对今后传销违法犯罪整治工作做出了具体安排。高校应在此基础上针对传销活动现状进行探索研究并提出可行的防范措施,提高大学生反传销能力,从源头上避免大学生传销问题发生。In recent years, college students have become the main victims of pyramid schemes, and MLM problem has seriously affected the social order. In April 2018 the State Market Supervisory Administration issued "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Fight against Pyramid Schemes", analyzed the situation of China's MLM activities in the new era and made specific arrangements for the future pyramid schemes illegal and criminal renovation work. On this basis, colleges and universities should conduct investigation and research on the current situation of pyramid schemes and put forward feasible preventive measures to improve the anti-MLM ability of college students and avoid the problem of college students' pyramid schemes from the source.
