山西省长子县青椒生产现状及发展对策

摘　　要：山西省长子县是我国青椒的主要产区之一,该文在详细论述长子青椒发展概况的基础上,分析了当地青椒生产中存在的品种选择、栽培技术以及市场、加工等方面的问题;提出了选用专用品种,配套标准化栽培技术,扩大销售渠道,发展大、中、小型加工企业。建议科研部门进行青椒不同茬口专用品种的选育,适宜当地栽培技术的攻关,借鉴各地市场销售经验扩大销售渠道,鼓励劳动者进行小型农机具的发明创造;提倡政府惠农政策实施,在大力扶持合作社、示范园区和龙头企业的同时进一步落实在以家庭经营为主的农户区。Zhangzi County is one of the main producing areas of green pepper in China. On the basis of detailed discussion of the development of Zhangzi green pepper,in this paper,regarding the local green pepper production,these perspectives including the variety selection,cultivation techniques,market and processing problems are analyzed. It is proposed to select special varieties,standardize cultivation techniques,expand sales channels,and develop large,medium,and small processing enterprises. It is recommended that the scientific research department carry out the breeding of different stubble varieties of green pepper,suitable for local cultivation techniques,expand sales channels with reference to local market sales experience,and encourage laborers to invent and create small agricultural machinery;We will advocate the implementation of the government’s policy of benefiting farmers while vigorously supporting cooperatives,demonstration parks,and leading enterprises.At the same time we will implement the policies to support the family based farmers.
