摘　　要：胶东庄园民居作为山东民居众多类型中的一支,兼摄府第建筑和地域民居之神韵,形成了与山东内陆民居迥然不同的建筑形态与精神气质。文章以栖霞牟氏庄园、李氏庄园和龙口丁氏故宅作为胶东庄园民居研究案例,从建筑布局与形态特征、建筑雕刻与装饰特征、建筑材料与结构3个方面归纳梳理了胶东庄园民居建筑特征;威高集团休闲度假服务中心设计以胶东庄园民居为蓝本,通过对其建筑布局与形态设计、建筑雕刻与装饰设计、现代材料的技术的应用,在满足现代建筑功能的前提下,对胶东传统地域建筑文化进行阐述,以期再现胶东庄园民居建筑神韵,为当代地域性建筑设计实践提供借鉴。As one of the numerous types of the folk houses of Shandong Province, Jiaodong folk manor houses have different architectural form and spiritual character from the folk houses in Shandong inland regions. They possess the ethos of both mansion houses and regional folk houses. Taking the Mushi Manor and Lishi Manor at Qixia City and Dingshi Manor at Longkou City as the research cases, this paper summarizes the architectural features of Jiaodong folk manor houses from three aspects ofarchitectural layout and form, architectural sculpture and decoration, building materials and structure. Based on the above research result, the design of Weigao Holding’s service center meets the demand of contemporary architectural function, interprets the traditional culture of Jiaodong regional architecture and reconstructs the architectural spirit of the Jiaodong folk manor houses through extracting and inheriting the features of architectural layout and form and of architectural sculpture and decoration, and through utilizing both modern architectural materials and technology and traditional materials and craftsmanship. It is in the hope of reflecting the charm of Jiaodong folk manor and seeking to provide references and inspiration for current architectural design.
