摘 要:以玉溪大河以北片区为例,论述了如何结合海绵城市建设开展水环境综合整治工作。在对河道水质及入河污染来源进行充分分析的基础上,从源头减排—过程管控—末端治理及河道自身水环境提升角度系统考虑,针对该片区点源污染严重、河道整体水环境较差的特点,提出以过程管控及河道自身水环境提升工程为主、源头面源污染削减为辅的设计策略,多工程措施综合施效,最终实现了片区水环境有效改善的目标。This article discussed how to carry out the comprehensive improvement work of water environment combining with sponge city construction, by taking the region on north of Yuxi Dahe River as an example.Based on a full analysis of river water quality and pollutant source, as well as the systematic consideration from the source emission reduction-process control-terminal treatment as well as the river water environment improvement itself, and focusing on the serious pollution of point source and the poor water environment of Yuxi river in general, a design strategy, with process control and river water environment improvement as the main solution, and with the reduction of non-point source pollution as the auxiliary solution, was proposed.Through the combined effect of multi-engineering measures, water environment in this region was supposed to be improved effectively.
