摘 要:针对飞灰水洗预处理工艺控制难题,分析了北京地区3家生活垃圾焚烧厂飞灰的理化特性,并模拟国内首条生活垃圾焚烧飞灰工业化处置示范线进行了水洗实验研究。结果表明:朝阳飞灰Cl^-含量为18. 73%,其平均粒度最小;高安屯飞灰Cl^-含量最高,达到19. 40%,处理过程中每吨飞灰碳酸钠的消耗量最大,是朝阳飞灰的1. 4倍,是大工村飞灰的2. 9倍;大工村飞灰Cl^-含量为11. 71%,其CaO、SiO_2、Al_2O_3玻璃态含量最高,达到58. 31%,是水洗水泥窑资源化利用的优质配料。掌握北京地区典型垃圾焚烧厂飞灰的特性,可以指导飞灰水洗预处理工艺的灵活控制。For the difficulties in controlling of fly ash washing pre-treatment process, the physical & chemical characteristics of MSW incineration fly ash from three domestic waste incinerators in Beijing were studied, and the washing experimental study was conducted by simulating the first domestic demonstration line for industrial disposal of fly ash from MSW incineration.The results showed that the content of Cl - in Chaoyang fly ash was 18.73%, and its average particle size was the smallest;the content of Cl^- in Gaoantun fly ash was the highest which was up to 19.40%, and the consumption of sodium carbonate per ton of fly ash during the treatment process was the largest, which was 1.4 times that of Chaoyang fly ash and 2.9 times that of Dagong Village fly ash;the content of Cl^- in Dagong Village fly ash was 11.71%, including, the CaO, SiO 2 and Al 2O 3 glassy content was the highest, which was up to 58.31%, and it was the ideal ingredient for recycling of washed cement kilns.By mastering the different characteristics of the above-mentioned fly ash from typical municipal solid waste incineration plant in Beijing, and the washing pre-treatment process of fly ash can be controlled better.
