摘　　要：目的探讨抗HPVβ-葡聚糖功能敷料是否能够安全、有效地辅助治疗合并HPV病毒感染的慢性宫颈炎。方法采用开放性、随机对照的试验设计方法。选取64例慢性宫颈炎并伴HPV感染的患者,按1:1分为试验组32例和对照组32例,本试验共在两个临床试验中心完成。统计学方法为非劣性检验。结果经治疗14天后其综合疗效总有效率分别为:试验组93.5%(N=13),对照组90.6%(N=32),采用连续校正卡方检验比较组间差异,P值>0.05,即两组间有效率差异无统计学意义。结论抗HPVβ-葡聚糖功能敷料可作为合并HPV病毒感染的慢性宫颈炎的辅助治疗,可改善瘙痒、疼痛症状,缓解阴道充血水肿、调整分泌物状态、预防HPV病毒的感染。Objective To exPlore whether Anti-HPV-β-Glucan Function Dressing can be used safely and effectively as an adjuvant treatment of Chronic Cervicitis with HPV Infection. Methods Using oPen, randomized, controlled trial methods.64 Patients with chronic cervicitis and HPV infection were enrolled. The Patients were divided into two grouPs according to 1:1, 32 Patients in the treatment grouP and 32 Patients in the control grouP. The trial was comPleted in two clinical trial centers. The statistical method is a non-inferiority test.Results After 14 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 93.5%(N=13) in the treatment grouP and 90.6%(N=32) in the control grouP. The continuous correction chi-square test was used to comPare the differences between the grouPs. P value>0.05, namely the efficiency difference between the two grouPs have no statistical significance.Conclusion Anti-HPV β-glucan functional dressing can be used as an adjuvant treatment for chronic cervicitis with HPV infection. It can imProve itching and Pain symPtoms, relieve vaginal congestion and edema, adjust secretion status, and Prevent HPV infection.
