摘 要:为了研究客车约束隔板对后方乘员的限制作用,通过有限元仿真与试验相结合的方法研究了约束隔板的尺寸、刚度以及后方假人种类对于其限制作用的影响。结果表明:约束隔板尺寸越大能够限制住后方假人所需的刚度就越小;在约束隔板尺寸相同的情况下,50%混III假人相较于TNO 10假人需更大的刚度才能被限制住。最终总结出约束隔板在不同尺寸下能够限制住后方假人所需的最小刚度并设计出能够反映其刚度的静态试验。In order to research the restriction effect of coach restraining barrier to passengers behind it, the combination methods of finite element simulation and tests were used to investigate the restriction effect of the size, stiffness and types of dummies seating behind of the restraining barrier. The results show that the larger the size of restraining barrier, the smaller the stiffness it's needed to restrain the dummy seating behind. In the situation of the same size of restraining barriers, 50% Hybrid III dummy needs larger stiffness to be restrained compared with TNO 10 dummy. Finally, the minimum stiffness needed to confine the dummies seating behind with different sizes of restraining barriers is concluded, and the static test method for representing the stiffness of restraining barriers is also designed.
