摘  要:基于有限元法,借助大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对某立柱式吊车金属结构的静强度、静态变形、抗倾覆稳定性等静态特性指标进行分析。通过分析得出,该立柱式吊车金属结构在工作时承受的最大工作应力小于材料的许用应力,承受的最大变形值也在允许的范围内,起升货物时不会发生倾覆。因此,该吊车的静态特性指标满足使用条件。分析结果为该吊车金属结构的进一步优化提供了依据。Based on the finite element method, the static strength, static deformation and anti-overturning stability of the metal structure of a column crane were analyzed by ANSYS in this paper. It is concluded that the maximum working stress of the metal structure of the crane is less than the allowable stress of the material, and the maximum deformation is within the allowable range, so that no overturning will occur when the goods are lifted. Therefore, the static characteristic index of the crane meets the requirements. The analysis results provide a basis for further optimization of the metal structure of the crane.
