摘 要:牙轮钻头牙齿与齿孔的过盈配合结构,直接影响牙轮钻头的固齿能力和壳体结构强度,是影响布齿密度的关键因素。为了提高牙轮钻头的固齿能力,增强牙轮壳体结构强度,加大布齿密度,提出了一种变过盈量的牙轮钻头牙齿与齿孔的过盈配合镶装结构,在保证牙轮与齿孔原有结构不变的条件下,仅改变牙齿齿身部位的结构,即从齿底逐步增大牙齿直径。变过盈量的镶装结构能够提高牙轮钻头固齿能力15%~30%,牙轮结构强度提高10%~25%,以适应高密度布齿,提高钻头使用寿命和机械钻速。The interference fit structure between teeth and the teeth hole of the roller bit directly affects the teeth fixation capacity and the structural strength of cone bit body, which is the key factor affecting the teeth arranging density. For improving the teeth fastening ability, the structural strength and the arranging density, a new design for the teeth mounted structure which has variable interference between the teeth and the teeth hole is proposed in this paper. Under the condition that the original structure of the teeth hole and the roller remains unchanged, it changes the teeth structure by increasing diameter gradually from the teeth base. This new design of the teeth mounted structure can improve the fastening ability by 15%~30% and strength of roller by 10%~25%, so as to adapt to the high arranging density and improve the service life and rate of penetration.
