摘  要:自动装车机由多个机构组成,针对自动装车机起吊平台,建立了起吊平台力学模型,应用动静法求得起吊平台等效力值,最后对不同截面形状的起吊平台进行了优化分析,通过对比分析,得到了优化的结构方案。The automatic loading machine was composed of multiple mechanical mechanisms, and in this paper the lifting platform of the automatic loading machine was selected to optimize. According to the established mechanical model of the lifting platform, the dynamic and static method was used to obtain the lifting platform and other effectiveness values. Finally, the lifting platform with different cross-section shapes was optimized and analyzed. Through analyzing the optimization results, the optimized structural scheme was obtained.
