摘  要:绝大多数减速器的结构都是动力从一个输入轴输入,经过齿轮机构的减速,从一个输出轴输出。本文首先介绍了渐开线少齿差行星减速器的特点及常用的结构,然后根据某机载电子设备的特殊使用要求,基于通用的浮动盘式少齿差行星减速器,提出一种改进的行星减速器,使得该减速器可以实现在同一轴上实现双输入,同轴输出。同时对关键零部件的结构、尺寸、参数进行详细的介绍并计算其传动效率和齿轮强度。经实物验证,该设计极大地减小了轴向尺寸,节省重量,简化结构,传动效率高,可以为类似的使用需求提供一定的设计参考。The structure of most reducers is that power input from an input shaft, decelerated by the gear mechanism, and output from an output shaft. In this paper, characteristics and common structures of the involute planetary reducer with few teeth difference are firstly introduced;then, according to the special requirements of a certain airborne electronic equipment, and based on the universal floating plate planetary reducer with few teeth difference, an improved planetary reducer is proposed, which can realize double input on the same axis and coaxial output. The structure, size and parameters of the key parts are introduced in detail and their transmission efficiency and gear strength are then calculated. Through the physical verification, it is shown that the design greatly reduces the axial dimension and the weight, simplifies structure, and has high transmission efficiency. It can provide a certain design reference for the similar use.
