摘　　要：针对公司平整机支撑辊除渣装置存在的问题,通过对现有除渣装置存在缺陷原因的分析,经过多次试验,开发设计了一套自行研发的新型支撑辊除渣装置,通过对该装置多次实验优化,生产实践表明,除渣效果明显,有效消除了影响板面质量的不利因素。In order to solve the problems existing in the deslagging device of the supporting roll in temper mill, through analyzing the existing device defects, a new type of deslagging device for the supporting roll is developed and designed after many tests. The production practice proves that the slag removal effect is obvious, and the unfavorable factors that affect the surface quality of product are effectively eliminated.
