摘　　要：针对公司在用的抛丸毛化机除尘设备存在除尘不彻底的问题,通过分析现有除尘设备存在的缺陷和抛丸机排出气体的成分,经过多次试验,设计了一套带变流装置的电磁过滤除尘系统,经运行实践证明,改造后的除尘系统,不但除尘效果明显,而且还降低了设备运行维护成本。The existing dust removing system of the shot blasting and texturing machine can not remove dust completely. Through analyzing the defects of dust removing system and the gas composition from the shot blasting machine, a set of electromagnetic filtering system with converter device is designed after many tests. The operation practice proves that the improved dust removing system not only has obvious effect of dust removal, but also can reduce the equipment maintenance costs.
