乡村振兴战略实施背景下的地方文化振兴探究——以上饶“三力叠加”打通公共文化服务“最后一公里”的实践为例

摘　　要：党的十九大把乡村振兴战略提到新的高度。以文化振兴引领推进乡村振兴是实施乡村振兴战略的突破口之一。上饶创新推进基层公共文化服务体系建设工作,有效突破"三难"关键,做到"三融"施策,立足"三做"支撑,取得了阶段性"四有"新成效。对于全国其他、特别是中西部相对较落后地区而言,切实把握工作重点、广泛引导资金投入和有效丰富产品供给可作为基层公共文化服务体系建设的借鉴参考。The 19th National Party Congress raised the rural revitalization strategy to a new height. To promote rural revitalization with cultural revitalization is one of the breakthroughs in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. Shangrao creatively promoted the construction of the grassroots public cultural service system, effectively broke through the key to "three difficulties", and carried out "three integration" policy, based itself on the "three do" support, and got to a new phase of "four have" achievements. For other parts in the country, especially the relatively backward regions in the central and western regions, it can be used as a reference for the construction of grassroots public cultural service system to effectively grasp the key points of work, extensively guide capital investment and effectively enrich product supply.
