摘  要:电缆夹具上巨大的热膨胀机械应力造成电缆本体、接头或终端损伤等问题,针对此问题,采用有限元法和热应力计算方法对高电压大截面电缆热膨胀机械应力进行研究,同时考虑电缆金属护套伸缩应变和蛇形弧幅施工误差等因素对电缆热膨胀机械应力的影响。基于SolidWorks软件建立普通电缆夹具和大截面电缆专用夹具三维实体模型,通过ABAQUS软件计算得出热膨胀机械应力计算结果。由计算结果可知,220kV及以上高压电缆工程中,蛇形敷设节距范围为3000~8000mm,蛇形弧幅宜打弯至200mm以上;螺杆与螺孔接触部分产生的应力值最大,采用大截面电缆专用夹具可有效减少热膨胀机械应力产生的集中场强,对解决电缆受热膨胀力产生的损伤问题具有重要意义。The huge thermal expansion mechanical stress of cable clamps causes damage problems of the cable bodies,joints or terminals.In order to solve these problems,the thermal stress calculation method and finite element method(FEM) are used to calculate the thermal expansion mechanical stress of high voltage large-sectional cables,and the factors such as metal flexural strain of the jackets and the construction error of snake laying are taken into account.Based on SolidWorks software,the three-dimensional solid models for general cable clamps and large-sectional cable clamps are built respectively,and ABAQUS software is used to calculate the thermal expansion mechanical stress.In conclusion,for 220 kV and above high-voltage cable projects,the snake laying pitch range is 3 000~8 000 mm,and the snake laying amplitude bends to more than 200mm;the maximum stress generated by the general cable clamps appears at the contact portion between the screw and the screw hole,where is the most easily deformed or fractured.The large-sectional cable clamps effectively reduce the concentration field strength caused by thermal expansion mechanical stress and solve the cable damage problem.
