摘　　要：农村低压配电网存在10 kV线路长、配变容量小、供电半径大、功率因数低、三相负荷分配不平衡、配变输出分接头调节不合理等现象,造成农村低压配电网普遍存在线路末端电压偏低的情况。为此,研制一种新型低压线路末端电压自动调节装置,该装置采用数字化智能处理器,可实时检测电压、电流的有效值,并通过控制继电器过零通断,对补偿电压大小与极性进行调整。通过对变压器同频、同相、正弦波叠加补偿,保证输出电压的稳定性。现场应用证明,该新型装置可在不超出线路负载能力的前提下,较好地解决低电压问题,为低压线路低电压治理提供了一种解决方案。The rural low-voltage distribution network has problems such as long 10 kV line,low transformer capacity,large power supply radius,low power factor,unbalanced three-phase load distribution and improper adjustment of distribution and transformer output tap,resulting in under voltage at low-voltage line terminals in the rural distribution network.Aiming at compensating the terminal voltage,a new type of terminal voltage automatic regulation device of low-voltage line is developed.This device adopts digital intelligent processor,which can detect the effective value of voltage and current in real time.Based on the control command,adjustment to the size and polarity of compensation voltage by controlling the zero-crossing of relay can be done.The stability of output voltage is guaranteed by compensating transformer voltage with sinusoidal voltage of same frequency and phase.Field application shows that the new device can solve the problem of low voltage without exceeding the load capacity of the line and provides a solution for the low voltage control of the line.
