摘　　要：为了缓解愈加严重的弃风弃光弃水问题,发挥市场配置资源的决定性作用,通过市场竞争充分挖掘可再生能源的跨省区消纳空间,国家电网有限公司组织了富余可再生能源跨区现货市场。分析通过市场方式促进可再生能源消纳的必要性,设计并实现可再生能源跨省区现货交易技术支持系统,阐述跨省区现货交易的主要流程、跨省区现货交易系统的主要内容和典型业务应用。系统已在西北、东北等多地投入使用,为送端电网可再生能源参与跨区现货市场交易提供了全面技术支撑,实现了可再生能源在更大范围内的优化配置。In order to alleviate the increasingly serious problem of wind,solar and hydro power curtailments and utilizing the decisive influence of the market to allocate resources,the State Grid Corporation of China organized the surplus renewable energy inter-regional spot market to fully excavate renewable energy consumption potentials across provinces by using market mechanism.We analyze the necessity of promoting renewable energy consumption through market.The renewable energy inter-regional spot market operation support system is designed and realized.The main process of cross province spot trading,the main contents and typical business applications of cross provincial spot trading system is detailed in this paper.The operation support system has been put into operation in the northwest and northeast of China,providing a comprehensive technical support for the sending end grid to participate in the surplus renewable inter-regional spot market and enhancing the level of inter-regional renewable energy consumption and resource allocation capabilities.
