摘 要:针对基于位置敏感探测器的窄脉冲激光信号检测放大电路,根据其电路组成建立相应等效噪声模型。通过分析信号增益、噪声增益与电路各元器件参数以及频率之间的关系,得到该检测放大电路输入窄脉冲信号与输入噪声的动态响应输出。在此基础上求得使系统不发生震荡的运算放大器单位增益带宽计算公式,并通过研究系统信噪比与频率的关系给出使电路信噪比最大时的最优带宽求解方法。最终,通过具体算例给出电路参数一般性设计方法,并通过仿真得到,小结电容PSD有助于提高电路信噪比。The corresponding equivalent noise model is built according to the circuit composition of the narrow pulse laser signal detection amplifying circuit based on the position sensitive detector(PSD).The input narrow pulse signals of the detection amplifying circuit and the dynamic response output of input noises are obtained by analyzing the relationship of signal gain and noise gain versus various components′ parameters of circuit and frequencies.On this basis,the calculation formula for unitygain bandwidth of the operational amplifier is obtained,so as not to make the system oscillate.The optimal bandwidth solving method with the maximum circuit SNR is given by studying the relationship between SNR and frequency of the system.A general design method of circuit parameters is given by using specific examples.The simulation results show that the small junction capacitance PSD is helpful in improving the SNR of the circuit.
