摘  要:机动车驾驶人占道行驶被视为一种交通违法行为,一旦发生不仅会严重影响交通活动的正常开展,也可能造成重大损失.本研究旨在研究影响机动车驾驶人占道行驶行为发生的关键因素,以计划行为理论为指导,并根据国内外对于驾驶行为的相关研究,设计TPB问卷,采用网上问卷调查的方式收集相关数据.通过SPSS对问卷数据进行分析,最终得出分析结论.结果表示,不同性别的驾驶人的占道行为没有差异,而驾龄较大和年龄越大的驾驶人发生占道行为的可能性越大.本研究的结果可为交通管理者今后治理该类违法行为提供相关资料,具有现实意义和理论价值.Once the traffic offense behavior of illegal lane occupation happens, it will take a heavy toll and affect the regular development of traffic activities. This research aims to study the key factors that affect the behavior of illegal lane occupation. Based on the theory of planned behavior and relevant research on driving behavior, a set of the TPB questionnaire is designed and distributed to online users to collect data. The questionnaire data was analyzed by SPSS, and the conclusion of the analysis was finally obtained. The results show that there is no difference in the behavior of drivers of different genders;however, the results show that older drivers are more likely to take up the road. The results of this study can provide relevant information for traffic managers to deal with such illegal activities in the future, which has strong practical significance and certain theoretical contribution.
