摘 要:根据无缝钢管张力减径过程的变形特点,利用MSC.Marc软件建立了三维热力耦合有限元分析模型,对25机架张力减径机试轧产品进行数值模拟,不同机架间距的模拟结果表明利用软件建立的缩微分析模型建模准确,试验进一步验证了模型的可靠性。通过研究管端张力及轧辐工作直径的变化,了解了管端增厚机理。探讨了多种因素对张力的影响.分析了张力形成规律,研究结果对今后管端壁厚控制技术的开发提供了依据。According to the deformation characteristics of the seamless steel tube during the stretch-reducing process, a three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled finite element analysis model is built up with the MSC.Marc software for numerical simulation of the trial pipe-rolling process of the 25-stand stretch-reducing mill. The results of simulations with different stand spaces indicate that the micro analysis model as set up with the said software is accurate, and its reliability is further verified via relevant testing. And thanks to studying the changes of tube end tension and the working diameter of the roll, the thickening mechanism of the tube end is identified. Furthermore the influence by various factors on the tension is discussed, and the law of tension formation analyzed. The research results provide a basis for future developing the technology for control of tube end wall thickness.
