自体表皮移植术108例联合卤米松治疗白癜风的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的自体表皮移植术联合卤米松治疗白癜风的临床疗效分析。方法对确诊的108例各型白癜风患者进行自体表皮移植术治疗,对移植术后效果不满意的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组外用卤米松进行治疗,2次/d,对照组不用任何外用药,1个月后,比较临床疗效,进行分析。结果自体表皮移植的520片皮片中,痊愈270片(51.92%),153片显效(29.42%),好转66片(12.69%),无效31片(5.96%);对移植效果不满意的97片分治疗组(外用卤米松乳膏)和对照组,治疗组50片,痊愈32片(64.00%),显效10片(20.00%),好转5片(10.00%),无效3片(6.00%),对照组47片,不用任何外用药,痊愈8片(17.02%),显效5片(10.64%),好转21片(44.68%),无效13片(27.66%)。结论自体表皮移植联合卤米松治疗白癜风安全有效,复色效果较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of autologous epidermal transplantation combined with halometasone for vitiligo.Methods Out of the 108 patients treated with epidermal autografts,those who were not satisfied with the results of autografts were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Patients in the treatment group was treated with topical halometasone twice daily,while the control group received no treatment.Results Out of total 520 autografted pieces of skin,270 pieces(51.92%)were cured,and 153 pieces(29.42%)were remarkably improved.Improved and no improvement accounted for 12.69%(66 pieces)and 5.96%(31 pieces),respectively.Out of the 97 pieces with unsatisfied results,treatments of 50 pieces with topical halometasone cream resulted in cure rate of 64%(32 pieces),marked improvement rate of 20%(10 pieces),improvement rate of 10%(5 pieces)and no improvement in 3 cases(6.00%).In 47 untreated pieces,cure rate was 17.02%(8 pieces),and marked improvement rate was 10.63%(5 pieces).Improvement and no improvement rates were 44.68%(21 pieces)and 27.65%(13 pieces),respectively.Conclusion Autologous epidermal transplantation combined with halometasone is safe and effective for vitiligo.
