毛囊角化病样表现的皮肌炎1例及文献复习

摘　　要：患者女,16岁。面颈部褐色油腻性丘疹、斑块12年。患者曾拟诊为毛囊角化病,给予阿维A胶囊治疗后面颈部褐色痂壳脱落。查体见面部以眼睑为中心对称性红斑及Gottron丘疹。皮损组织病理示:基底细胞较广泛液化变性,真皮浅中层小血管周围少量淋巴细胞浸润,胶原纤维间可见大量黏液沉积。诊断为皮肌炎。A 16-year-old girl presented with brown greasy papules and plaques on her faciocervical region for 12 years,which had been considered as keratosis follicularis.The brownish crusts fell off after treatment with acitretin capsules.Physical examination showed Gottron′s papules and erythemas symmetrically distributed around eyelids.Skin biopsy revealed liquefaction degeneration of basal cells and sparse perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes in the superficial and middle dermis along with extensive mucus deposition among collagen bundles.Dermatomyositis was diagnosed.
