摘 要:2型糖尿病(T2DM)是全球范围内的健康问题,常伴随着肥胖。动物实验设计的开展,有助于发展创伤性更小、安全性更高的治疗T2DM的手术方法,也有助于控制血糖的新药物的开发。本文收集近年减重代谢方面国内外相关文献,就减重手术治疗2型糖尿病的实验动物设计及手术后血糖平衡恢复的机制进行综述。Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a health problem in the world, patients are often accompanied by obesity. The experimental animal design of bariatric surgery is helpful for the development of less invasive operation method, higher safety in the treatment of T2DM and new drugs for blood glucose control. This article will review the literatures in recent years which about bariatric surgery, and provide reference for animal experiment design, to introduce the experimental animal design of bariatric surgery for the treatment of T2DM and the mechanism of blood glucose balance after the surgery.
