摘 要:通过热重分析、XRD,扫描电镜等一系列手段研究了预氧化对南非铬铁矿矿物尖晶石结构的影响,结果表明:氧化处理会导致铬铁矿颗粒中产生离子迁移,从而矿物结构产生一定破坏。作用机理是:矿物尖晶石中Fe^3+氧化成Fe^3+离子,使铬铁矿中内部Fe^3+的产生离子迁移,向外扩散,产生空位缺陷,原有的矿物结构遭到破坏.颗粒内部形成空隙,可以有效改善铬铁矿后续还原冶炼条件。The effect of pre-oxidation on the structure of South African chromite spinel was studied by thermogravimetric analysis,XRD and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the ion migration in chromite particles can be induced by oxidation treatment,and the mineral structure can be destroyed to some extent.The mechanism is as follows:Fe^2+in mineral spinel oxidizes to Fe^3+,which makes the Fe^2+generated inside chromite migrate and diffuse outward,resulting in vacancy defects.The original mineral structure is destroyed and the vacancy is formed inside the particles,which can effectively improve the subsequent reduction and smelting conditions of chromite.
