摘　　要：查新结论是科技查新报告的质量关键。查新结论既是查新流程中最重要的环节,也是查新报告最重要的部分,还是需要重点审核的内容。文章将最新科技查新技术规范的解读和查新工作的实例相结合,介绍与论述了规范查新结论的具体方法。指出查新结论要围绕查新点展开、前后呼应、体现查新思路,以及撰写查新结论的常见思路方法和一般范式,规范查新报告,提高报告质量。The conclusions are the most important part of the science and technology search report. They are the important part that needs to be reviewed and also the key to the quality of the report. On the basis of the interpretation of the latest technology specifications,combined with the examples of many years of investigation and work,the authors discuss the specific methods that standardize the conclusions of novelty search. The paper argues that the conclusions of the reports should be carried out around the new points,work in convert with premises,reflect the new ideas,and sort out common ideas. It gives the methods for writing the conclusions and provids a general paradigm for writing the conclusions,with a view to further standardizing and improving the quality of the reports.
