摘  要:以某个铝厂200kA系列电解槽作为对象,使用有限元软件ANSYS建立了阳极组电-热直接耦合仿真的计算模型,并验证了该模型的正确性。在此基础上对阳极组电场及热场进行了仿真分析,经过分析后发现该厂阳极钢爪有钢爪电压降偏高,电流分布较不均匀等问题。对阳极钢爪的外部结构和内部结构进行优化,得到了最优尺寸的新型节能型钢爪,相对该厂原始钢爪钢爪压降降低20.3mV,同时通过各钢爪的电流由原来的相差12%也达到基本一致。对比分析了强化电流前后原始钢爪和新型节能钢爪的电场及热场,强化电流对电场及热场的分布几乎没有影响,但是钢爪压降随着电流的强化而升高。新型节能钢爪在强化电流的条件下压降增加比原始钢爪增加更少,因此在强化电流条件下,新型节能钢爪的优势更加突出。To study 200 kA series aluminum electrolytic cell,this paper used the finite element software ANSYS to establish the electro-thermal direct coupling simulation model and verified the correctness of the model.On this basis,the electric field and thermal field of the anode group were simulated and analyzed.It was found that the anode steel claws of this plant had high voltage drop and uneven current distribution.The external structure and internal structure of the anode steel claws are optimized,and the new energy-saving steel claw of the optimal size is obtained.The voltage drop of the original steel claw of this factory is reduced by 20.3 mV,and the current passing through each steel claw changes from the original 12%difference to the same level.The electric field and thermal field of the original steel claw and the new energy-saving steel claw before and after the enhanced current are compared and analyzed.The enhanced current has little effect on the electric field and the distribution of the thermal field,but the pressure drop of the steel claw increases with the strengthening of the current.The new energy-saving steel claws increase the pressure drop more than the original steel claws under the condition of strengthening current,so the advantages of the new energy-saving steel claws are more prominent under the enhanced current conditions.
