摘 要:分析了钢铁企业运维管理的现状,通过分析比较运维管理与六西格玛质量管理的特点,得出管理逻辑基本相同的结论。借用六西格玛质量管理的逻辑,结合生产调研和实践,按照保障管理目标实现的步骤路径,识别并总结出了运维管理的关键活动,根据关键活动管理类别分层,从宏观层面设计出了工作逻辑框架图,并指出了该逻辑框架图在未来的运维管理智能化升级转型过程中的用途。The present situation of the steel enterprise operation and management is analyzed. Through analyzing and comparing the characteristics of operation management with six sigma quality management, the conclusion that the management logic is basically same is drawn. Using the six sigma quality management logic and combined with production research and practice, the critical activities in operation and maintenance management are identified and summarized according to critical activity category hierarchy. The working logical framework diagram from the macro level is designed. And its application in the future intelligent upgrading and transformation of operation and management is pointed out.
