摘　　要：针对全氢气罩式退火炉生产过程出现的钢带表面炭黑缺陷的原因进行分析,通过优化退火氢气吹扫工艺、对退火炉设备进行清洁维护、改进扩散器结构、改善炉内循环气氛、控制轧制油的使用等措施,避免了退火钢带炭黑缺陷的产生。Th e reason of carbon black generated on the surface of strip during the production of hydrogen bell type annealing furnace is analyzed. In order to avoid the generation of carbon black, some measures are adopted such as optimizing the hydrogen purging process, cleaning the annealing furnace, improving the diffuser structure and circulating atmosphere in the furnace, and controlling the usage of rolling oil.
