摘　　要：漏芦为传统中药,具有清热解毒、消痈下乳、舒筋通脉等功效,现代研究表明该药具有广泛抗肿瘤、抗癌、抗炎、镇痛、抗缺氧及抗疲劳作用。因其运用广泛且药效独特,相关制剂运用于临床,可发挥重要作用。本文对近几年漏芦的提取、分离、分析、应用等方面进行综述,旨在为重新认识和利用该药提供理论依据。Rhaponticum uniflorum(L.) D C. is traditional Chinese herb,which has the function of clearing away heat and detoxifying,eliminating carbuncle and promoting lactation,relaxing and unclogging blood vessel. Modern research showed that it had a wide range effects of anti-tumor,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-anoxic and anti-fatigue. The related preparations of Rhaponticum uniflorum(L.) D C.could been developed for clinical application and because it was widely used and had unique efficacy,further played important effects.This paper summarized the extraction,separation,analysis and application of Rhaponticum uniflorum(L.) D C.,which was intended to provide theory gist in re-understanding and utilizing this drug.
