摘  要:对家兔进行眼刺激性和皮肤刺激性试验,评价五氯柳胺混悬液的刺激性,给临床安全用药提供参考。眼刺激性试验选择日本大耳白兔8只,采用自体左右对照,五氯柳胺混悬液的平均刺激积分为1.13,其中4只试验兔在眼中滴入五氯柳胺混悬液后用温水冲洗,72 h后观察无刺激性反应;皮肤刺激性试验选择日本大耳白兔8只,分别为完好皮肤组、破损皮肤组,采用自体左右对照,72 h后,得到完整和破损皮肤组的刺激积分分别为0.25和0。结果表明,五氯柳胺混悬液对家兔眼睛及皮肤均无刺激性,临床用药安全。In order to evaluate the irritation of oxyclozanide suspension,to provide scientific basis for the safety of clinical administration and to eliminate or alleviate the irritation,eye irritation and skin irritation tests were carried out in rabbits. Eight Japanese white rabbits were selected for eye irritation test. Autogenous left and right controls were used. The average stimulus score of oxyclozanide suspension was 1.13,and 4 rabbits were washed with warm water after dropping oxyclozanide suspension into their eyes. No irritation was observed after 72 h;in skin irritation test,8 Japanese white rabbits were divided into intact skin group and damaged skin group. Autogenous left and right control were used. After 72 hours,the irritation scores of intact and damaged skin groups were 0.25 and 0,respectively. The results showed that oxyclozanide suspension had no irritation to the eyes and skin of rabbits and was safe for clinical use.
