摘 要:分别采用注射法和模压法制备了乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物(OBC)泡沫材料;探究了以膨胀微球为发泡剂时注胶量对泡沫材料泡孔大小的影响;采用SEM及Image-Pro Plus技术分析了泡孔微观结构和孔径分布;对比了以偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂时采用模压法制得的泡沫材料微观结构及粒径分布,同时测试了其动态力学性能。结果表明,当交联剂双叔丁基过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量为2份、发泡剂AC用量为2.5份且发泡温度为175℃时,OBC泡沫材料的综合性能较好,其密度为0.214g/cm3,泡孔均匀,呈正态分布;在低温条件下模量低,具有较好弹性、舒适性和缓冲隔振性能。Ethylene-octene block copolymer(OBC) foam was prepared by using injection method and molding method,respectively. Effect of injection amount on cell size was investigated when swelling micro-sphere was used as foaming agent. The micro-structure and size distribution of the cell were analyzed by using SEM and Image-Pro Plus. The cell micro-structure and cell size distribution of foam prepared by using molding method was compared with that of foam prepared by using injection method when azodicarbonamide( AC) was used as foaming agent, at the same time, the dynamic mechanical properties of the foam was tested. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of OBC foam was good when cross-linking agent di-tert-butyl diisopropylbenzene(DCP) amount was 2 phr, blowing agent AC amount was 2. 5 phr and foaming temperature was 175 °C , the density was 0. 214 g/ cm3 , the cells were uniform and showed normal distribution. The foam had low modulus at low temperature and good elasticity,comfort and cushioning vibration isolation performance.
