白炭黑分散剂对白炭黑填充天然橡胶性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了3种白炭黑分散剂Y-99、HHT-02和BA对白炭黑填充天然橡胶性能的影响,对比了自制分散剂Y-99、HHT-02与市售某品牌分散剂BA的功效。结果表明,分别加入3种分散剂都会延迟胶料工艺正硫化时间t90,其中加入Y-99和BA的延迟幅度基本接近,加入HHT-02的延迟幅度最小。分别加入3种白炭黑分散剂的硫化胶力学性能基本相近,而改善耐热空气老化性能的幅度有所区别,其中加入HHT-02的硫化胶最好,加入Y-99的次之,加入BA的最差。断面形貌分析结果表明,加入HHT-02或Y-99的白炭黑分散效果优于加入BA。Effects of silica dispersants Y-99,HHT-02 and BA on properties of natural rubber filled with silica were studied,effects of self-made dispersants Y-99 and HHT-02 were compared with commercially available dispersant BA.The results showed that the t90 of the blends were all delayed by adding three kinds of silica dispersant,respectively,the delay ranges of the blend adding Y-99 or BA were similar,the delay range of the blend adding HHT-02 was small.The mechanical properties of the blends were similar by adding silica dispersants Y-99,HHT-02 and BA,respectively,the improvement range of heat-air resistant aging properties were different,the heat-air resistant aging properties of the blend adding HHT-02 was the best,that of the blend adding Y-99 was second,and that of the blend adding BA was the worst.The cross-sectional morphology analysis showed that the dispersion effects of silica of adding HHT-02 or Y-99 were better than that of addign BA.
