摘  要:沪昆高铁北盘江特大桥为主跨445m上承式混凝土拱桥,主拱圈采用钢管混凝土劲性骨架法施工,劲性骨架施工完成后,依托劲性骨架外包C60高强混凝土。针对设计采用的“拱圈斜拉全断面+六工作面分环浇筑”的主拱施工方法的技术特点和难点,在主拱混凝土外包施工上进行了多项技术创新,该技术已在北盘江特大桥中成功运用,各项指标均以达到设计要扎可为后期同类大跨混凝土拱桥的建设提供技术参考。The Beipanjiang Bridge of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway is a concrete deck arch bridge with a main span of 445 m.The main arch ring was constructed by stiff reinforcement.After the completion of the stiff skeleton construction,the C60 high-strength concrete was encased with the stiff skeleton.In view of the technical characteristics and diculties of the construction method for the main arch,namely,"arch ring suspension design using whole section and 6 points ring pouring",many technical innovations were made in the stiff skeleton-encased concrete construction of the main arch.With each index meeting the design requirements,the technology has been used successfully in the Beipanjiang Bridge and can provide technical references for construction of long-span reinforced concrete arch bridge.
