用PDCA循环法对实习护士进行除颤仪操作培训的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用PDCA循环法对实习护士进行除颤仪操作培训的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月期间在泰州市人民医院实习的50名护士作为研究对象。将这50名实习护士分为对照组(n=25)与观察组(n=25)。在对两组实习护士进行除颤仪操作培训的过程中,采用常规的带教方法对对照组实习护士进行培训,采用PDCA循环法对观察组实习护士进行培训,然后比较两组实习护士理论知识考核的成绩与操作技能考核的成绩。结果:培训后,观察组实习护士理论知识考核的成绩与操作技能考核的成绩均高于对照组实习护士,P <0.05。结论:用PDCA循环法对实习护士进行除颤仪操作培训的效果显著,可有效地提高其对除颤仪相关知识的掌握度及操作除颤仪的技能。Objective:To explore the effect of using PDCA cycle method to train trainee nurses on defibrillator operation.Methods:50 nurses who interned in taizhou people’s hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as research subjects.The 50 trainee nurses were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25).In the course of defibrillator operation training for the two groups of trainee nurses,the conventional teaching method was used to train the trainee nurses in the control group,and the PDCA cycle method was used to train the trainee nurses in the observation group.Then the results of theoretical knowledge assessment and operation skills assessment of the two groups were compared.Results:after the training,the scores of the practical nurses in the observation group in the assessment of theoretical knowledge and operational skills were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:PDCA cycle method is effective in training trainee nurses on defibrillator operation,which can effectively improve their mastery of defibrillator related knowledge and skills in defib rillator operation.
