摘　　要：目的 :比较用保守疗法、常规的胃镜下组织胶注射术和急诊胃镜下组织胶注射术治疗肝硬化合并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的效果。方法 :对2015年6月至2018年6月内江市第一人民医院收治的100例肝硬化合并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将其分为胃镜治疗组(70例)和保守治疗组(30例)。将胃镜治疗组70例患者分为常规胃镜治疗组(35例)和急诊胃镜治疗组(35例)。对保守治疗组患者进行保守治疗,为常规胃镜治疗组患者采用常规的胃镜下组织胶注射术进行治疗,为急诊胃镜治疗组患者采用急诊胃镜下组织胶注射术进行治疗。然后比较各组患者的治疗效果。结果:与保守治疗组患者相比,胃镜治疗组患者止血的成功率更高,其1个月内再出血的发生率较低,P <0.05。与急诊胃镜治疗组患者相比,常规胃镜治疗组患者治疗的有效率更高,P <0.05。结论 :与采用保守疗法相比,用胃镜下组织胶注射术治疗肝硬化合并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的效果较好。与采用急诊胃镜下组织胶注射术相比,用常规的胃镜下组织胶注射术治疗肝硬化合并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的有效率较高。Objective:To compare the effects of conservative therapy,conventional endoscopic tissue glue injection and emergency gastroscopic tissue glue injection in the treatment of cirrhosis complicated with esophageal and gastric varices.Methods:a retrospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 100 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with esophagogastric variceal hemorrhage admitted to the first people’s hospital of neijiang city from June 2015 to June 2018.The patients were divided into gastroscopy group(70 cases)and conservative treatment group(30 cases).Seventy patients in the gastroscopic group were divided into the conventional gastroscopic group(35 cases)and the emergency gastroscopic group(35 cases).Patients in the conservative treatment group were treated conservatively,and patients in the conventional gastroscopy group were treated with conventional tissue glue injection under gastroscopy,while patients in the emergency gastroscopy group were treated with tissue glue injection under emergency gastroscopy.Then the therapeutic effects of each group were compared.Results:compared with the conservative treatment group,the success rate of hemostasis was higher in the gastroscopic treatment group,and the incidence of re-bleeding within 1 month was lower,P<0.05.Compared with the emergency gastroscopy group,the effective rate of the conventional gastroscopy group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:compared with the conservative treatment,the effect of endoscopic tissue glue injection in the treatment of cirrhosis complicated with esophagogastric varices is better.Compared with emergency endoscopic tissue glue injection,conventional endoscopic tissue glue injection is more effective in the treatment of cirrhosis complicated with esophageal and gastric variceal hemorrhage.
