摘  要:目的探究负离子空气净化器对儿童过敏性哮喘的疗效,为临床医学上辅助治疗过敏性哮喘提供可行方法。方法在广州医科大学附属第一医院入组符合过敏性哮喘诊断标准的受试者共17例,年龄(10±3)岁,年龄范围为7~14岁,男11例,女6例,在每位受试者卧室中放置一台负离子空气净化器,进行为期7个月的研究,分析使用净化器前后,其卧室尘螨变应原的变化,所有受试者均要求填写问卷,完成哮喘控制测试(ACT)、儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT),同期进行电话回访。结果实验期间,采集的屋尘螨及粉尘螨浓度均出现不同程度的变化,但第6个月后尘螨浓度相对于前期均减少,且ACT及C-ACT得分较用机前明显上升。结论负离子空气净化器的使用,能够降低屋尘螨及粉尘螨的浓度,避免受试者与尘螨过敏原的接触,同时,在一定程度上改善过敏性哮喘的症状。Objective To investigate the efficacy of anion air purifier therapy for allergic asthma in children, which provided a feasible method for clinical medicine treatment. Methods A total of 17 subjects [(10±3) years old (7-14 years), 11 males and 6 females] diagnosed with allergic asthma from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected and anion air purifiers placed in their bedrooms for 7 months.Before the intervention and each month, dust samples were collected to assess for allergen content.Additionally, asthma control test (ACT) and childhood asthma control test (C-ACT) were asked to fulill each month, telephone follow-up throughout the experiment. Results Der p1 and Der f1 had obviously different characteristics.The concentration decreased ultimately.Besides ACT and C-ACT scores were significantly higher before the air purifier′s intervention. Conclusions Anion air purifier can reduce HDM allergen concentration, which avoid contact of subjects and dust mite allergens, thereby improve clinical manifestation of patients with allergen asthma.
