摘  要:He3管探测器是随钻中子孔隙度测量系统的关键部件,工作时需要高压直流电源激励,要求高压直流电源耐高温,功耗小、纹波小,在高温时能稳定的运行,电压输出不会出现波动。基于Cockcroft倍压电路原理设计了高压直流电源,在不同环境温度下进行了性能测试、中子灵敏度测试、坪区特性测试等,该高压直流电源满足随钻中子测井仪He3管探测器的工作需求。He3 tube detector is the key component of the neutron porosity measurement system while drilling. It needs high voltage DC power supply to excite when it works. It requires high temperature resistance, low power consumption and low ripple. It can operate steadily at high temperature, and the voltage output will not fluctuate. Based on the principle of Cockcroft voltage doubling circuit, a high voltage DC power supply is designed. The performance test, neutron sensitivity test and flat area characteristic test are carried out at different ambient temperatures. The high voltage DC power supply meets the working requirements of the He3 tube detector of the neutron logging tool while drilling.
