摘　　要：随着时代的发展,大学生的人数逐年增多,大学生兼职现象普遍。文章以南航金城学院为例,对在校大学生的兼职现状进行调查,分析大学生兼职的影响因素,并且针对其中存在的问题给予合理的建议。With the development of The Times,the number of college students is increasing year by year.Taking jincheng college of nanhang university as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of college students' part-time jobs,analyzes the influencing factors of college students' part-time jobs,and gives reasonable Suggestions on the existing problems.
