摘　　要：出版事业要创新,以适应社会的发展需求,摆在面前的任务很多。我们欣喜地发现,李仙郎先生、李毅军先生撰写了一系列的关于应准许报刊期刊、网络报刊期刊出版修订版论文、文学、书画、摄影、音乐歌曲的论文。认为有关出版行政部门应考虑批准创办专门出版修订版的报刊期刊、网络报刊期刊。对李仙郎先生、李毅军先生的这一研究成果,我们认为是有一定的合理性的,是有其价值在的,虽然没有专文论及,然而这的确将会受到论文、文学、书画、摄影、音乐歌曲作者的广泛欢迎。我们也因此从中得到启示,从而产生专门就此一问题展开讨论的想法,论证其可行性,以就教于广大的出版者、研究者、作者和读者,请李仙郎先生、李毅军先生批评指正。The publishing industry needs the innovations in order to adapt itself to the needs of the developing society. There are many tasks ahead of us. In recent years,We are delighted to find that Mr.Li Xian-lang and Mr.Li Yi-jun have written and published a series of papers on hoping that the newspapers and periodicals and the network newspapers and periodicals should be allowed to publish the revised papers,literature,painting and calligraphy, photography,music and songs.It is suggested that the publishing administrative department considers approring to launch the special revised newspapers and periodicals and the network newspapers and periodicals. We think the research results of Mr.Li Xian-Lang and Mr.Li Yi-jun have some rationality,although without monograph on it,but they will be welcomed by the auther of the papers,literature,painting and calligraphy,photography,music and songs.We also get the inspiration from them,thus coming up with the ideas to discuss this problem.
