摘  要:本研究以柠檬酸发酵废渣为原料,选提取温度、盐酸浓度、提取时间、料液比为考察因素,以提取率作为考察指标,进行单因素试验,再利用正交试验法研究制备氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐工艺的最佳提取条件。研究表明:25%盐酸,废渣与盐酸料液比1:2, 85℃下酸解4h,此条件下,氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐粗品得率为2. 14%,说明该提取工艺实际可行,对柠檬酸废渣中氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐的回收利用具有重要意义。In this study, Fermentation residue from citric acid was used as raw material. The investigation factors was chosen as temperature, concentration of hydrochloric acid, time and ratio of material to liquid;The single factor experiment was conducted with the extraction rate as the evaluation index. The optimum extraction conditions for the preparation of glucosamine hydrochloride were studied by orthogonal test. The results showed that 25% hydrochloric acid, the ratio of waste residue to hydrochloric acid was 1:2, and the yield of crude glucosamine hydrochloride was 2.14% under this condition. It shows that the extraction process is practical and feasible, and it is of great significance for the recovery and utilization of glucosamine hydrochloride from citric acid waste residue.
