阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的针对糖尿病患者采用阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素的治疗方案进行治疗,分析其临床效果。方法选取本院2017年2月至2018年1月收治的122例老年2型糖尿病患者按照随机数字法分成两组,实验组61例行以阿卡波糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗方案,对照组61例行以阿卡波糖片治疗方案,对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、血糖情况。结果实验组患者接受治疗后,其治疗有效的患者例数及占比优于对照组,且不良反应情况要优于对照组,组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的血糖情况以及生命体征指标比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后实验组患者的血糖情况显著优于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对比单纯使用阿卡波糖片,联合甘精胰岛素治疗对于老年糖尿病患者的治疗效果更为显著,能够显著缓解患者的血糖情况,而且安全性高,该治疗方式适合在临床推广使用。Objective To treat patients with diabetes mellitus with acarbose tablets combined with insulin glargine treatment, and analyze its clinical effects. Methods A total of 122 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled according to the random number method. 61 patients in the experimental group were treated with acarbose tablets combined with insulin glargine treatment. A total of 61 patients were treated with acarbose tablets, and the clinical treatment efficiency, adverse reaction rate, and blood glucose were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the number of patients with effective treatment was better than that of the control group,and the adverse reactions were better than the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood glucose status and vital signs between the two groups. After treatment, the blood glucose level of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the simple use of acarbose tablets, the combination of insulin glargine treatment is more effective in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes,can significantly relieve the patient’ s blood sugar, and is highly safe. This treatment is suitable for clinical use.
