摘　　要：目的探讨对中重度子宫内膜异位症患者行腹腔镜手术置入引流管后阶段式体位干预对腹腔引流效果的影响。方法选择本院2017年1月至2017年12月因中重度子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜手术且术后采用腹腔引流术患者共150例,随机分为试验组及对照组,每组75例。对照组给予术后常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上实施阶段式体位干预措施。观察两组患者术后腹腔引流量、首次排气时间、置管天数和术后住院天数。结果阶段式体位干预能增加引流量排出,促进患者排气,减轻腹胀的发生,同时缩短其置管天数和住院天数,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段式体位干预能有效改善患者的腹腔引流效果,使患者早日康复,从而减轻家庭费用及降低占用社会共有资源,达到良好的社会效益,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of the phased position intervention on peritoneal drainage in patients with moderate and severe endometriosis undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients with moderate and severe endometriosis that suffered from laparoscopic surgery and abdominal drainage in our hospital dated from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given routine postoperative nursing, while the experimental group was added phased position intervention. The abdominal drainage volume, the first exhaust time, the days of catheterization and the stranded time in hospital after operation were observed in the two groups. Results The phased position intervention significantly increased the abdominal drainage volume, decreased the first exhaust time, reduced the occurrence of abdominal distention, and shortened the days of catheterization and the days of hospitalization(P<0.05). Conclusion Phased position intervention can effectively improve the effect of abdominal drainage of the patients to make the patients recover more quickly, which reduces the cost of the family and the society and achieves good social benefits. So it is worthy of clinical application.
