摘 要:通过实验测定和GenBank数据库检索印度獐牙菜、川西獐牙菜、大籽獐牙菜、獐牙菜、抱茎獐牙菜、湿生萹蕾、椭圆叶花锚、喉毛花、宿根胁助花、篦齿虎耳草、唐古特虎耳草、山地虎耳草、优越虎耳草等ITS2序列,使用CodonCode Aligner V 5.1和MEGA5.5软件处理ITS2序列,对"藏茵陈"各基原物种变异进行了分析并以Neighbor-Join法构建了"藏茵陈"类各基原物种遗传多样性聚类分析图。结果表明,ITS2序列可以作为"藏茵陈"基原植物的分子鉴别和遗传多样性分析的可靠方法。Experimentally determination and GenBank database were used to search for their ITS2 se quences of Swertia chirayita,Swertia mussotii,Swertia franchetiana,Swertia macrosperma,Swertia bimaculata, Gentianopsis paludosa,Halenia elliptica,Comastoma pulmonarium,Lomatogonium perenne and Saxifraga um bellulata var. pectinata.The softwares of CodonCode Aligner V 5.1 and MEGA 5.5 were used to process the se quences and the variability of each primordial species of Tibet capillary artemisia were analyzed.The cluster dendrogram of genetic diversity was established by using Neighbor-Join method.The results showed that the ITS2 sequences can be used as a reliable method for the molecular identification and genetic diversity analysis of the Tibet capillary artemisia primordial plant of Tibet capillary artemisia.
