输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石与钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石疗效及安全性。方法:114例输尿管结石患者,按就诊顺序分成A、B两组。A组用气压弹道碎石术的方法治疗,B组用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的方法治疗。比较两组输尿管结石碎石成功情况、排净率、碎石所用时间、住院时间、手术疗效及并发症发生率。结果:B组碎石成功率及排净率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组的总有效率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组碎石时间、住院天数及并发症发生率与A组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石比气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石在碎石成功率、排净率及显效率、总有效率上有更大的优势。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy combined with holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 114 patients with ureteral calculi were enrolled in our hospital.They were divided into groups A and B according to the order of treatment.Group A was treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,and group B was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The success rate,efflux rate,lithotripsy time,length of hospital stay and complication rate of ureteral calculi were compared.Results:According to the comparison of the patient's operation,the comparison of the surgical results,and the comparison of the complications of the patients,the results showed that the success rate and the removal rate of the lithotripsy in group B were higher than those in group A.The difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05);the effective rate and total effective rate of the holmium laser group in group B were higher than those in group A;group B holm laser group lithotripsy time,There was no significant difference between the hospitalization days and the incidence of complications and the A group of pneumatic ballistic groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy has better advantages in the treatment of ureteral calculi than the pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the success rate,discharge rate,effective efficiency and total efficiency of the calculi.It is worthy of promotion.
