摘 要:为进一步提高微泡在治理黑臭水体中的可行性,利用加压溶气气浮原理,开发一种加压溶气式微泡发生器;考察气水体积比、压力、水流量对反应器性能的影响;研究液面位置及表面活性剂对微泡尺寸分布、体积分数和水体溶解氧的影响,论证了微泡发生器的可行性。实验结果表明:在压力P=0. 4 MPa,气水体积比为1. 5∶1,水流量QL=20 L/min时,得到微泡中位径最小值为34. 65μm,水中的溶解氧质量浓度达到10. 2 mg/L。在添加0. 025 g/L的十二烷基硫酸钠后,同样条件下,微泡中位径最小值为26. 68μm,溶解氧质量浓度达到11. 1 mg/L。设备停止运行1 h后水中溶解氧质量浓度保持在7. 5 mg/L左右。综上,加压式微泡发生器可有效地增加水中的溶解氧,延长氧气在水中的停留时间,其应用具有可行性。In order to further improve the feasibility of micro-bubbles in the treatment of black and odorous water,a pressurized dissolved air micro-bubbles generator was developed based on the principle of pressurized dissolved air flotation.The effects of gas-water volume ratio,pressure and water flow rate on the reactor performance were investigated.The effects of liquid surface position and surfactant on the size distribution,volume fraction and dissolved oxygen in water were studied,and the feasibility of the micro-bubbles generator was demonstrated.The experimental results show that: When P = 0.4 MPa,gas-water ratio = 1.5 ∶ 1 and QL= 20 L/min,the minimum median diameter of micro bubbles is 34.65 μm and mass concentration of dissolved oxygen is 10.2 mg/L in water.Adding sodium dodecyl sulfate of 0.025 g/L,the minimum median diameter D50 of micro-bubbles was 26.68 μm under the same conditions,dissolved oxygen reached 11.1 mg/L.Dissolved oxygen in water remained about 7.5 mg/L after the equipment stopped running for 1 hour.In conclusion,pressurized micro-bubble generator can effectively increase dissolved oxygen in water,prolong the residence time of oxygen in water,and provide possibility for its application.
