摘　　要：棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂是一种重要的幼虫内寄生蜂,对许多严重的农业害虫都有很强的控制作用,具备优良寄生蜂的特征,具有很大的繁殖与利用价值.为实现该蜂人工规模化繁育,加速其产业化进程,早日应用于生产实践发挥其更大的控害效果,亟须制定相应的繁蜂质量标准.为此,运用室内繁育技术,通过不同的寄生方式,以2龄棉铃虫和黏虫幼虫为寄主进行了室内的人工繁育.在繁育过程中,初步制定了繁蜂寄主、蜂茧茧色和大小,特别是以室内繁蜂第5代出现成蜂畸形现象为种群复壮的指示性状,确定了优良成峰的形态特征等繁育标准,期望本标准可以作为人工繁育棉铃虫齿唇姬蜂的依据,以规范繁蜂技术,保证繁蜂质量.Campoletis chlorideae is an important larval endoparasitoid which has a potent role in controlling many serious agricultural insect pests.It has high value to be utilized and mass-rearing because of its good characteristics.In order to realize C.chloridae mass-rearing,speed up the process of its industrialization,be applied in biocontrolling pest populations in the fields as soon as possible,the formulation of criteria for C.chlorideae mass-rearing is of prime importance when the parasitoid is to be used in a biocontrol programme.In the present work,an attempt has been made to lay down criteria for C.chlorideae mass-rearing.Using the methods of different parasitisms,the second instar larvae of Helicoverpa armigera or Mythimna separata were used as host to be parasitized by C.chlorideae according to the successful rearing system.We developed a number of criteria for standardization the quality of C.chlorideae mass-rearing,including the host,cocoon size and color,as well as adult morphology,especially after rearing five generations when the appearance of adult morphological deformities.These abnormalities can be used as indicators to carry out population rejuvenation.With an attempt to provide useful information for breeding and utilization of this parasitic wasp,high quality of C.chlorideae mass-rearing can be ensured according to these criteria.
