摘 要:运用一维平面波理论分析无法准确预测复杂结构消声器的声学性能。为分析设计的单级三腔式消声器的声学性能,并进一步提升其消声量,根据声学有限元理论,建立了消声器内部声场的三维有限元模型。通过在两个腔体内增加插入管,分析了进口管道插入管、回流腔与回流板处插入管以及小孔扩散腔插入管对其传递损失的影响。分析表明:在扩散腔内增加插入管可以提高消声器的传递损失。以扩散腔内存在插入管时的模型为研究对象,分析了不同孔径以及穿孔率对传递损失的影响,结果表明:孔径以及穿孔率对传递损失的影响主要表现在高频段内。最终对设计的单级三腔式消声器进行试验测量,测量结果与数值模拟结果有很好的一致性。The acoustic performance of complex structure muffler can not be accurately predicted by one-dimensional plane wave theory.In order to analyze the acoustic performance of the single-stage three-chamber muffler,and further improve its acoustic attenuation performance,the three-dimensional finite element model of the muffler’s internal sound field is established based on the acoustic finite element theory.By adding the insertedpipe in the two cavities,the influences of inlet pipeinserted pipe,reflow chamber inserted pipe and reflux plate inserted pipe on the transmission loss are analyzed.The analysis shows that increasing the insertedpipe in the diffusion chamber can improve the transmission loss of the muffler.The model with insertedpipe in diffusion chamber is taken as the research object,the influence of different apertures and perforation rates on transmission loss are analyzed and the results show that the influences of aperture and perforation rate on transmission loss are mainly manifested in the high frequency range.Finally,the designed single-stage three-chamber muffler is tested,and the measurement results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results.
