摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法研究了微波加热条件下一次性塑料餐盒中双酚S、双酚F和双酚AF的迁移规律。水、乙酸(3%,体积分数)、乙醇(10%,体积分数)和异辛烷作为食品模拟物分别代表水性、酸性、醇类和脂肪食品。研究结果表明:不同食品模拟物中双酚化合物的迁移量顺序为异辛烷>3%乙酸>10%乙醇>水。通过比较微波加热5 min和水浴加热4 h(80℃)后一次性塑料餐盒中双酚化合物的迁移量,发现微波加热条件下双酚化合物的迁移量显著高于水浴加热。此外,风险暴露评估表明:试验批次的一次性塑料餐盒在双酚化合物的日摄入量方面对人体健康不存在已知风险。In this study,migration of bisphenol S,bisphenol F and bisphenol AF in disposable plastic food boxes under microwave heating was investigated by high performance liquid chromatography.Food simulants including water,ethylic acid (φ=3%,volume fraction),ethanol (φ=10%) and iso-octane were employed as the water-soluble,acid,alcoholic and lipidic foods,respectively.The results showed that the migration levels of bisphenols to different food simulants decreased with an order of iso -octane>ethylic acid (φ=3%)>ethanol (φ=10%)>water.In addition,the migration level of bisphenols in disposable plastic food boxes under microwave heating for 5 min was significantly higher than that under water-bath heating for 4 h (80 ℃).Furthermore,risk assessment suggested that the tested disposable plastic food boxes did not possess any known risk to human health if daily intake of bisphenols was under consideration.
